The PR Specialist will be in charge for providing operational support to the Press & PR team by performing various activities and tasks to maintain and enhance the perception of the brand among internal and external audiences. Main Responsibilities Product- Developing, maintaining, and strengthening the relationship with journalists for the markets managed by the HQ- Global sample management of Jil Sander collections for press requests/commercial partners & clients shootings/ADV Campaigns/event dressings/internal product requests- Management of product shipments:o Set up of client codes an order numberso Creation of shipping documents: labels/Proforma invoices in collaboration with the logistics departmento Coordination of product pick ups with import departmento Keeping a track record of ww PR samples traffic, ensuring send outs and returns are handled within agreed deadlines- Responsible for the press showroom status and PR order deliveries- ROI Analysis using monitoring software DMR: reviews, feature, editorials Corporate- Writing of product & corporate press releases- Coordination of Corporate PR agencies- Support and coordination of assets distribution (lookbooks, packshots, campaigns)- PR database maintenance- Monitoring and reporting of the press coverage by updating the weekly global reports of the press coverage offline and online (editorials & best editorials, features, show coverage, special projects/collaborations coverage)- Support with event coordination: guestlist and invitation send-out for Fashion Show, Press Days, Resees, Instore events, support on site Requirements- Marketing/Communication or Fashion Degree- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English, any additional language is a plus- Experience: a minimum of 3 years in similar position- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools (focus on Powerpoint, Excel), Adobe, SAP, DMR- Strong cultural background and international outlook- Organizational skills and sensibility for time sensitive activities- Flexibility, team player, problem solver Location: Milano, IT Employment Type: Full time Function: Marketing Seniority: Professional
