Job Title:Prior Authorization Pharmacy TechnicianPay:$21.24 an hr | Bi-weeklyJob Type:RemoteShift OptionsWork hours vary from 8am to 8:30pm CT. Training hours 8am - 430pm CT. Mandatory OT.Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician OverviewThe Tech I Prior Auth takes in-bound calls from providers pharmacies members etc providing professional and courteous phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process.Maintains complete timely and accurate documentation of reviews.Transfers all clinical questions escalations and judgement calls to the pharmacist team.The Tech I will also assist with other duties as needed to include but not limited to: outbound calls reviewing and processingPrior Auths received via fax and ePA monitoring and responding to inquiries via department mailboxes and other duties as assigned by the leadership team.Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician QualificationsCertificates or Licenses List: Active pharmacy technician license per state requirements or active national certification.Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER experiencePrior Authorization Pharmacy Technician BenefitsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.How To ApplyIf you are interested in this position, please apply OR submit your resume to:Saw Hlaing | ******| 412-790-5425#ALINE4#J-18808-Ljbffr
