Job Description:SW and Complex HW Process Engineer main tasks and responsibilities are:Provide Sw and Complex Hw competencies to support E&I in SW and Complex HW process definition in response to certification standard for system developed either internally or outsourcedGuarantee Process Assurance and partecipate to internal development cycle reviews to ensure that processes are followed and deviation captured and dispositionedSupport the cross geographical review of Design & Development Process for Complex Hardware and SoftwareSupport the cross departmental integration of processes and procedures within EngineeringSupport the preparation & delivery of training courses on processesPerform interviews and process analysis with the aim to identify criticalities and points of improvement and address dedicated solutionsOperate as focal point for process improvement of the Technical Areas dealing with complex systems development vs other Company departments / divisions Contribute to develop, maintain and improve tools designed to support Engineering processes performance in collaboration with "Tools, Data Management & Cyber Resilience" function and Digital Engineering /DITMonitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the Engineering internal process and service level to other Company Functions (with a focus on Sw and Complex Hw design & development processes)Be responsible for processes KPIs analysis and prepare on a regular basis a performance deck in order to identify improvement actionsQualifications:• Technical degree (Engineering preferred)Technical Skills / Languages / IT Skills :• Knowledge of RTCA DO-178 normative for software in airborne systems and/or RTCA DO-254 normative for airborne electronic hardware• Knowledge of Design & Development processes for airborne complex systems• Knowledge of Software or Complex Hardware Design & Development processes & tools• Knowledge of process mapping techniques• Good English knowledge• Good Microsoft Office knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel and Power-point)• Experience in cross geographic processes integration (as plus)• Knowledge of System Engineering / Model Based System Engineering (as plus)• Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma Knowledge/Certification (as plus)• Agile Knowledge / Certification (as plus)• Knowledge of BPM tools (e.g. ARIS) (as plus)• Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM system (as plus)Professional experience in Engineering Design & Development, with preference in Avionic and FCS systems.Soft Skills:• Good analytical skills• Good organizational skills and ability to manage the details of complex processes• Target oriented• Ability to deal with ambiguity, making timely decisions to obtain results• Flexibility to deal with different process solutions• Team Working• Good communication skills• Problem solving• Ability in establishing relationship in order to built consensus for implementing new processes and toolsSeniority:New Graduate
