In a nutshell As a Process Quality Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our production processes. To conduct thorough analyses ensuring our products meet and exceed pre-established quality standards. You'll be the architect of efficiency, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in every assembly process. What you will be doing Creates and structures verification processes with related documentation Verify that the verification processes are implemented (audit) and effective (KPI) Carry out analyzes on production processes and products, to verify compliance with established quality standards Coordinates corrective actions on production processes following the deviations found Analyzes possible problems to develop resolution strategies (preventive actions) Responsible for integrating information returning from the field with process monitoring actions Your education & experience At least three years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies, with a preference for automotive industry experience Proficient knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA and problem-solving techniques Competence in interpreting 2D & 3D technical drawings Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications SAP knowledge Advantageous Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluent Italian High school diploma or degree with a technical or management focus Valid driving license required What you need to succeed Strong analytical and organizational capacities, coupled with effective leadership, autonomy, and interdisciplinary communication skills Assertiveness and diplomacy while thriving in a collaborative team environment What's in it for you Exciting national and international projects Wide range of responsibilities, development opportunities, and impact on daily activities Transparent, dynamic and agile environment Fantastic work atmosphere Smart Working option, offering flexibility in work arrangements Supplementary healthcare fund People power our purpose Imagine working in an environment that helps move the company to the next level, where your passion, values, and skills are integral to impacting the sheet metal industry and beyond.
