Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestThe successful candidate will drive procurement strategy, execute orders, and secure supplier agreements to achieve business KPI's.As a Commodity Buyer, you will be responsible for:Developing and executing long-term commodity strategies to optimize procurement KPI performance.Integrating commodity strategies into Product Leadership, Engineering, and Manufacturing objectives.Driving supplier selection and management of New Product Development aligned with business strategy.Partnering with Product Leadership, Sales, and Engineering as a reference for commodity strategy.Leading negotiations, issue purchase orders, and develop sourcing initiatives for cost optimization and cash flow improvement.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Economics with procurement/commodity management experience.Be proficient in English and Italian (spoken and written)Have excellent communication and influencing skills and a positive attitude towards change and challenges.Have an analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.Have interpersonal and leadership skills, negotiating expertise, program planning and execution skills.Have the ability to travel.Have the ability to handle multiple complex situations daily.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
