Product Development Manager Woman Rtw

The candidate will join the Woman RTW team in Rome and will be a key figure in the Woman RTW development process. She/he will take ownership of the Woman RTW collection's development process from initial concept to final product, working across teams to ensure creative designs are translated into innovative products and achieving Fendi quality standards.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a lead contact point and take responsibility for the development of the Woman RTW collectionParticipate in technical meetings with Style, modelling, production and development teams to move projects smoothly to next stepsWork on the development of the Woman RTW Collection, coordinating the activities and resources involved in the sample process and monitoring samples production processManage the planning coordination and execution of projects from insights to briefs, through to design, development, costing and commercializationReview all prototypes and market samples to ensure accuracy in executionParticipate during production and development fittings, communicating updated tech packs/specs to factories and following up to make sure adjustments are made timelyLead relationships with suppliers and manufacturers on development projects and together with the production team provide feedback on all productsAdhere to company's product development calendar, tracking collection's progress and solving issues in order to meet collection objectives and deadlinesLiaise with suppliers for the progress and return of developments within the scheduled dates and to find the best solution to workReview all components with an eye for quality, and performanceProfile:At least 10 years' experience in a similar role within Woman RTW development, preferably in fashion luxury companiesUniversity degree with emphasis on clothingStrong knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, fabrics, woven as well as garment specifications, fitting and pattern makingPassion for the product and attention to detailCapable of multi-tasking and coordinating different projectsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood level of EnglishAvailability to travel in ItalyAdditional information:LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect or each person's singularities.
