Job Description The Development and Monitoring of Asset Management Products Unit is in charge to develop and manage the asset management products offering ranging from in house managed funds and solutions to third-party funds. The ideal candidate will be required to critically analyze market and scenario analysis, to support the team: In developing of new products including, among others, managed solutions, third party investment funds and in house managed investment funds In developing of investment services including, among others, PAC and PIC In the daily products management including analysis of products net flows and penetration Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Degree in Economics or Finance or Engineering or Mathematics or Physics Experience of 5 years in developing and monitoring asset management products and solutions Fluent in English and Italian are requirements, a second foreign language is a plus Nice to have: Financial background is preferential Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel DB query language knowledge would represent a plus Good Knowledge of Bloomberg Enthusiasm, Pragmatism, Self-motivation Ability to work autonomously and proactively on assigned tasks, taking over responsibility at a very early stage Humble, flexible and hands-on approach to solve problems with a strong team player attitude Ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines Genuine passion for Financial Markets Company Profile Banca Generali (www.bancagenerali.com ) is a private bank leader in Italy in financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism.
