Responsibilities
• Define product roadmap and deliver delightful customer experience for Currency Exchange product• Develop product OKRs to drive retail customer acquisition, engagement, and retention• Evaluate vendor and partner software for buy or build strategies• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements• Collaborate with customer experiences team to create intuitive user experiences• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and minimal development needed• Define go-to-market strategy for product launch and commercialization• Balance exploration of new enhancements and existing optimizations• Manage and coach product owner in developing detailed requirements• Work with cross-functional teams to drive growth and retention
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on payments and alternate financial products• Proven track record of successful product strategies• Experience with vendor software integrations at large scale and multiple countries• Technical savvy with ability to interpret APIs specifications• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Organizational and project management skills• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
