Product Manager - German Multinational Company

The company is a leading supplier of solid and multiwall sheets for various innovative applications. The company develops, produces and distributes polycarbonate sheets, polyester sheets and opaque Blend sheet material made of high-quality plastic. The professional has to coordinate and initiate the Product Managment of high-tech value plastic multiwall sheets made of polycarbonate in the the EMEA market in a manner, which will strengthen the company's position and performance by checking all products along their life cycle and direct the necessary change. Develop marketing plans and the associate goals and timelines to achieve agreed targets for profit and competitiveness. Reporting to Head of Product Management on operational and strategic marketing matters, assisting in decision-making and coordination, his/her responsibilities are: Support sales and business development efforts Implement and update target lists, project reports, and action plans Provide and support commercial sales and marketing tools Coordinate departmental activities for product launches, competition benchmarking, and interdisciplinary actions Manage product portfolio Conduct market research and screening Initiate, update, and monitor certificates, specifications, datasheets, and assist in application codes, development, and standardization. Collaborate closely with product development team to determine optimal strategies for existing and new products Lead marketing team in generating momentum ahead of new product launches Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' product marketing manager experience Proven history of creating effective marketing programs Very good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills A self-starter with great reserves of energy, drive and initiative Technical and commercial Know-How decisive Excellent team worker with distinctive skills in communication English language business fluent, additional languages desirable Permanent contract with a gross salary range between 60,000 and 70,000 euros, plus MBO and company car.
