In partnership withMarketing and Product leadership teams, the incumbent in this role will be an expert on ourcustomers, our featureset,and its benefits. The incumbent will supportmessage andcampaigndevelopment for new productlaunches andexistingfeatures andempower our customer-facing teams to communicate our value to the market. How you'll add value: Work cross-functionally across marketing, product, and engineering to supportthedevelopment ofproduct positioning, storytelling, packaging,andmessagingSupportvarious internal/external teams (product, campaign, creative, web, sales, PR) and external partners to implement GTM strategies, campaigns, and contentCreate enablement material and tools (talk tracks, presentations, sell sheets, demos, product documentation, teamtraining, etc.) thatempowerRevenue teams tohave impactful conversationsDevelopand optimizeproduct-specificcampaignsand contentthat drive MQLS, opportunities, andrevenueField messaging and positioning requests from Revenue teamsand assist with prioritization of marketing activities to support individual markets or verticalsManage our internal enablement resource to ensure relevant content and information is accessible to customer-facing teamsProvide ongoing training and support to the sales and customer success teams on messaging, core & new product features, and competitive differentiatorsCollect ongoing feedback from Revenue teams on messaging and positioning via Gong, direct outreach, and other sessions as neededOther duties as assignedWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field5+ years of SaaS product marketing experienceExperience in launching B2B SaaS productsAbility to be a self-starter, set priorities, and collaborate with different elements of a business organizationAbility to think strategically about issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plansExcellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated capability of authoring industry and product-related blogs, white papers, and presentationsA highly motivated, proactive individual that can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to prioritize and pivot quicklyExceptional organization and communication skills, well-spoken and articulate technologist with the ability to talk to every level, from C-level executive to Sales and even to the mainstream consumerR365 Team Member Benefits & CompensationThis position has a salary range of $90K-$140K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
