Product Marketing Manager M/F

The job holder will take care of Product Management Team and activities of the HSD & Lighting BU that operates in ADG under the LVIP Division.
The products under the responsibility of the BU are the VIPower High Side Drivers for Car Body applications and LED/OLED Drivers for both Rear and Front automotive lighting.
The primary goal of the Product Management Team is to maximize the BU profitability by managing the whole products portfolio, leading the commercial activities, and reinforcing our customers' relationship, in strong cooperation with Marketing and Sales Regional teams.
The main responsibilities of Product Management team is then to manage the overall BU product portfolio at commercial maturity level through Customers' Contracts and RFQ management, Annual Price Negotiations (APN), price strategy definition, DCPL and Prisma quotes management, write-off quarterly management and definition and follow-up of products allocation strategy whenever market conditions will require it. The team is also supporting the BU business tracking and profile.
The Product Management Team is organized on a geographic base to grant a clear entry point to Regional Sales and Marketing organizations for RFQs, APNs and DCPL management.
The candidate must have consolidated experience matured on a similar position.

Other requirements:
