We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist for our Electrification business, ready to take part in ABB s big challenge: evolving to become digital to the organization (digital culture) and digital to the business (solution approach). The ideal candidate should integrate technical and product competences, analytic approach and Digital Marketing skills, and should actively contribute to ABB s digital transformation both in terms of internal digital culture and supporting the shift from a product-oriented-only approach, to a solution-and-value-oriented proposition that better satisfies market needs and can increase market share. This position reports to EL Product Marketing Manager Your responsibilities Understand and study the products to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert. Implement local product strategies and launches for our Electrification Products to meet business Team objectives and be in line with global product strategy. Deploy Solution new approach in line with Business Unit perspective. Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products/solutions. Listen and understand existing customer and market needs by visiting customers and supporting them to implement ABB s products/solutions. Leverage Digital and Modern Marketing opportunities and plans to generate new leads and business opportunities. Work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view. Your background A bachelor or master degree in business Engineering or Economics. Interest or a brief experience in Product Marketing specialist, Project Manager or similar is a plus. Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Point. Willingness to travel to visit customers or attend events and fairs. Fluent English and Italian. Able to prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration. Interested in, even enthusiast, about marketing and digital sales channels. Strong interest for innovative business.
