Product Owner - Fincantieri NexTech Italy - Genova – Roma - Trieste JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Product Owner to join our international team and play a key role in the development and success of our products. The Product Owner, holds a tactical focus looking at executing the product roadmap in short-term development cycles. The Product Owner works closely with the Product Manager and the development team to ensure features are built and delivered efficiently, prioritizing and managing the product backlog. ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES•Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to the development team•Create and prioritize the product backlog.•Work with the development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the users.•Gather and analyze user feedback.•Measure and report on product performance.•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets their needs. REQUIREMENTS•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.•5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.•Experience in agile development methodologies.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent communication and presentation skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Experience with user research and usability testing.•Experience with product roadmapping and prioritization.•Experience with product lifecycle management.•Experience with product management tools and methodologies (, Scrum, Jira, Confluence)•Professional English [] [](Please note: this link will open the page in a new browser window.)
