This product has been already launched by ROVI in Germany, Spain, UK and Portugal, Italy and Austria and will be launched during 2024 in among other EU countries.ROVI is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and customer focused individual to be part of a new team of specialists who will be responsible for promoting this product in Italy. This exciting position is essential for the future growth of the company.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLEREGION: REGION CAMPANIA-PROVINCES SALERNO-NAPOLI.An opportunity for a Sales Representative/Product Specialist to join a solid and rapidly growing company in Italy.The role would be ideal for an ambitious individual with a commercial background, as well as somebody who can combine this with a knowledge of antipsychotics. The role would allow a close involvement with KOLs and key decision-makers within the schizophrenia field. The candidate will be responsible to drive the brand performance by displaying deep understanding of the market context and of the different stakeholders to turn facts and data into actionable insights.All of the above will be done in-line with the global and local strategy as well as the country strategic priorities.The Sales Representative's main responsibilities will be:· Devise and implement customer specific pre and post call selling approaches that evaluate and address the practitioners' perspectives and the institutions philosophies within compliance guidelines.· Consistently use approved clinical studies and marketing aids to support the case for the value proposition when selling. Position and adapt the message to meet the practitioner's, institutions, and company's objectives.· Develop and execute on comprehensive business plan that includes but not limited to opportunities and challenges in local market, key strategies and tactics to drive the business, maximization of resources available as well partnership with key business partners and stakeholders in order to drive sales in local geography.· Develop a territory coverage plan that maximizes selling time with all account professionals. Adjust the schedule to increase access to key stakeholders, including coverage of all shifts. Institute strategies to increase access to all key stakeholders.· Maximize and customize the value proposition and influence contract implementation processes within the assigned institutions. Hold hospital stakeholders accountable to the institutional contract.· Develop and apply knowledge of payer access and affordability landscape in the territory regarding the company's products.· Devise and institute an integrated business plan that includes clear strategies and tactics to target key accounts utilizing all available resources, while aligning the plan with the district's, regions, and company's goals.· Analyse business analytics to recognize territory opportunities, strengths, and trends, and to monitor the effectiveness of the business plan. Adjust the plan to minimize the impact of competition and to maximize sales opportunities.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Provides input to sales forecast for business planning.Relays relevant market information to management.IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSQualifications:University degree is essential.Pharmacy, Medical or natural science qualification is essential.Experience & Competences:Pharmaceutical Industry (3 years +)At least 3 years' experience as Sales Representative in pharmaceuticals working with RX brands.At least 1 year of experience detailing/promoting product to hospital Psychiatrist.Proficiency Italian and English level.Good understanding of mental illness field.Good understanding of the pharmaceutical antipsychotics sector.A proven history of delivering sales results and hitting over-achieving targets.A quantifiable experience & understanding of the mental health stakeholders and policies.Experience of Key Opinion Leader interaction/influence.Knowledge & Skills:Excellent communications skills are a must, both verbal and written.Ability to interact with and educate healthcare professionals.Capable of working on own initiative.Good communication and presentation skills.English language (written and spoken) to an excellent standard.Personal Qualities:Strategic, solutions-orientedDynamic, hard-working, and with the drive to succeed.Highly motivated, innovative, customer focused with 'can do' attitude.Highly collaborative, good team player.What we offer.Position in a steadily growing company.Active participation and contribution to a start-up-affiliate.A comfortable and loyal teamworking.An attractive salary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
