For over 55 years the company has been providing the world's best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, innovation and style.The company, thanks to outstanding and constantly innovative products, is in apowerful growth phasein the global market, reflecting thestrengthening of the staffin order to join our great successful team.PosizioneNow we are looking for a Product Support Specialist for the Tech Air, who will work with international, regional teams and Dealers, reporting directly to the Moto Product Support Manager – Sales Development.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIESProduct training to the Dealer;Provide applications and product support to customers in a timely manner;Consult with Product Development department to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner;Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting.RequisitiQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSEngineering master's degree;Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels;Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to establish trust and reach alignment quickly;Able to work both independently and within a team.Hands-on experience in Road/Off-road motorcycle racing.Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills to advanced product knowledge and good problem solving;Proficient in French (C1/C2 level);Fluency in English (C1/C2level);3 years of professional experience in the Motorsports industry;Altre informazioniOther informationThis position in available in Asolo (TV) – Italy.
