Product Specialist / Product Expert

COREE Srl, part of the Korean group HANMI Science (leading pharmaceutical company in the Asian market) is dedicated to the development of leading pharma and healthcare products. The Product Expert, which reports directly to the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the development of new products and supporting marketing activities relating to the product line under his accountability. Key Responsibilities for the role: · Analyze the market trends, data and the competitive scenario in collaboration with R&D team · New product launching plans include schedule, strategy, etc. · Identify the product positioning and key messages to build the value proposition together with marketing manager · Search for the OEM companies, manage the price/production schedule negotiation · Correspondences between Coree including China and South Korea and the production companies for the technical aspects and packaging · Guarantee the new products development such as probiotics, adult food supplements, infant formula etc. and launches within the traditional and online channels, coordinating the cross-functional activities in collaboration with marketing team · Provide support for the product life cycle management · Support the sales team with marketing activities (forecasting, budgeting, investments, sales & marketing guideline definition) · Provide scientific communication materials to sales force and to healthcare professionals · Support on checking claims and scientific background of key messages · Support the regulatory process for artworks and claims approval · Propose and manage sponsorships at events such as congresses (participation, KOL network, collaboration with the sales force) · Develop internal and external trainings in order to guarantee the right knowledge of the product application · Attend congresses and trade shows in Italy and abroad This job offert is aimed at both sexes, pursuant to laws 903/77 and 125/91, to people of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03 and to people belonging to the Legally Protected cateogories (L. 68/99).
