Product Trainer Contract Type Permanent Country ITALY Location Parma Your opportunity Responsible for delivering high quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT, coaching. training remote- digital) at Sidel, at the customer site or via distance learning. Your Mission Deliver product technical training sessions in line with the internal and external customer requirementsMonitor and ensure continuous improvement of the training sessions' quality Support the design of Technical Training documentation accordingly to Customer and internal employees' training demandSupport the creation and design of training modules to support FSE Training Path Support the creation and design of Competence Audits content and related questionnaires Support with the configuration and update of machineries included in Training Lab (where applicable)Develop advanced knowledge in own product/technology area Mentor junior trainersMake travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training AssistantDigital training perform by Remote.Avilability ap 120- to 140 days per year. Your Profile Bachelor Degree or equivalentTechnical diploma or equivalent. Specialization in Automation-Mechanic engineering is a plus.Mandatory English.Good understanding of learning solutions and market drivers, trends and innovations Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area Knowledge of training content design tools and SW (e.g. Solid Work, CAD, multimedia animation creation)Previous experience as a trainer
