The application of proprietary methods and technologies, based on FOG (Fiber Optic Gyroscope) and MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology, enables the company to best meet the specific needs of its customers.Founded as a start-up in 2012 in Italy and recognised as an innovative SME in 2017, Civitanavi today is a listed company on Euronext Milan (ticker: CNS) and it is presented as a benchmark in the global competitive scenario.Job SummaryThe Production Planner will be responsible for coordinating the production planning of multiple programs, ensuring that priorities are respectedDuties and responsabilities Support the needs and expectations of other functions to facilitate internal coordination, to strengthen teamwork, to ease collaboration, to manage task interdependencies and contraints, to remove obstacle to success by means of promoting synergies, timely decisions, effective actions to maximize the overall business performance.Guarantee the execution of production orders respecting the deadlines established with the CustomerCoordination of activities required for processing production ordersProvide timely check relative to production's progress and generate periodic reporting, identifying, and monitoring program risks and taking appropriate corrective actions.Report to Administration, Finance & Controlling progresses and issues related to production monthly plan.Provide backlog data and production costs to the Company's Management Control System.Provide to Quality Department the Planning&Program Management Process KPI, as the Company has ISO EN 9100 Certification.Upon receipt of Customer order, organize Contract's review and provide the relative Order Acknowledgement.Participate in Change Control Boards (CCB) convoked by Configuration Management to evaluate the impact of the proposed changes on the deliveries.Prepare, maintain and update the production plan, with support of Assembly & Testing.Coordinate with Procurement the availability of the materials for the production plan.Coordinate the activities relative to products maintenance and repair.Qualification and skills Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies.Good knowledge of the English language.Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.Strong interpersonal relationship skills.Good team playerDegree in Engineering, Economic or similar field.Benefits and PerksFree lunch meal, coffee bar, additional health insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
