In this role, you will liaise, with account leads and the creative team to ensure that all work is being delivered on time and that the teams are working efficiently to achieve their goals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with all the agency departments to ensure projects are booked in correctly and run to plan.Ensure that campaigns can be made on-time and on budget, and help to build the best team to produce high-quality workOversee and manage day-to-day creative workload and workflow.Ensure resources are suitably assigned to complete projects.Manage creative resources holiday and out of office requests.Leading daily stand-ups with all agency departments resolving highlighted issues, conflicts or changes.Help on the recruiting and hiring of freelance resources for projects when needed.Document and maintain detailed department procedures that clearly represent the overall team workflows.Qualifications About youAs our Progress Manager you will need to be extremely organized, methodical and detail oriented. You will be able to communicate concise, accurate deadline-driven information.
