Job Description: Project & Program Manager at CCH TagetikHere at CCH Tagetik, we are looking for a Project & Program Manager who will manage all aspects of strategic projects, including:Scope definitionPlanningCost and quality controlCommunication management (objectives and planning)Project's requirements definition in terms of workforce, information, various agreements, and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectivesIn this role, you will be responsible for:Planning, procurement, and execution of a projectDefining the scope, start and finish of the projectAnalyzing risks and putting in place mitigation actionsBeing the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from the Directors of various departments in the CCH Tagetik organizationYou will participate in direct activities but the main focus is to maintain progress, facilitate mutual interaction of different stakeholders to reduce risks of failure. You will define the project's budget, minimize costs, and maximize benefits.You will:Lead project planning and coordinationEnsure appropriate planning, monitoring, and leadership to deliver all projects according to expectationsProvide transparent and timely documentation on project issues, risks, and statusCreate and maintain all project management documentationWork closely with the project sponsor/business owner to ensure understanding of project objectives and any constraints that may prevent successful completion of the projectYou have:Minimum 3 years hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within IT industryBachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experiencePMI certification or equivalentGood understanding of Project Management methodologiesProficiency in both Italian and EnglishExcellent organizational skills.
