POSTING PRESENTATION: The Project Controls Engineer is a critical role on the project delivery team that establishes the total financial management and controls to ensure precise management of company funds. The position is directly responsible to ensure the management of the project's budget for overall capital management. Responsibilities:Manages all aspects of project financial data – Budget, Capital, Estimates, Commits, Forecast, Invoices, KPIs, ReportingIntegrates all elements of cost accounting for reliable, integral, and data driven decision making. Automates data collection into dashboards to deliver high integrity of reliable information. Change management analysis of financial impact, funds approval, and tracking to close-out.Systematically assess and identify gaps and/or opportunities for improvement in the project's cost management process, forms, reports, and controls. Oversees the monthly payment application with Project Managers for the assessment of works achieved and ensures overall accuracy of application with compensation model. Works across company to provide project financial data and deploy stakeholder request into financial management, forecast, and reporting. Maintains financial risk log of supply chain, vendors, and contractors, considering premiums for financial environment and associated cost to mitigate delivery solutions. Ensure that the contractors are adhering to contract documents for financial requirements PROFILE REQUIRED: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree is Construction Management, Finance, Economics and/or Accounting with 5+ years of experience.Masters with 3+ years of experience in Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or closely related field.Preferred Qualifications:Experience on large scale construction projects.Experience supporting large teams across multiple disciplines. Experience using the following tools: Excel, PPT, Power BI, SAP, Financial Graphics.Written and verbal communication skills.
