Project Engineer

For our client, leader in the toy industry, we are looking for a Project EngineerThe Project Engineer will be responsible for the entire product development life cycle from concept to production, ensuring that our toys are safe, fun and functional.responsabilitàCollaborate with designers, brand managers, and other engineers to develop new toy concepts.Translate designs into manufacturable products, considering factors like materials, tooling, and cost.Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Oversee the creation of engineering drawings, and other technical documentation. Identify and resolve technical challenges that may arise during development.Cooperate with QA team to ensure compliance with safety standards and performance specifications.Work with overseas Vendors to ensure that the Design For Tooling phase is managed according to pre-defined constraints and guidelines.esperienzada 3 a 5 annicompetenzeDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar)Minimum of 4 years of experience in product development or a related fieldExperience working in the toy industry in a plusStrong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processesProficient in CAD software (Creo)Personal interest in Toys, Board Games, Videogames, Anime, Manga is an important plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Type of contract: permanentSmart Working: PlannedCCNL CommercioLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
