PROJECT ENGINEER – PUBBLICA AMMINISTRAZIONE PROJECT ENGINEER - RIGENERAZIONE URBANA FRAG srl ricerca un Project Engineer per la gestione di progetti in ambito rigenerazione urbana e di riqualifica energetica degli edifici della Pubblica Amministrazione. La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e della pianificazione dei progetti, svolgendo un ruolo di coordinamento, pianificazione e monitoraggio, limitatamente alla progettazione esecutiva / costruttiva degli interventi, in ambito di riqualificazione energetica e costruzione edifici impianti. Principali Responsabilità : Coordinare e gestire, con il supporto del Project Manager, gli studi progettazione esterni incaricati della progettazione esecutiva di efficientamento energetico degli impianti di illuminazione pubblica e/o di interni Gestire i progetti di carattere impiantistico nel rispetto dei tempi e dei costi previsti, curando il rapporto con la pubblica amministrazione, interfacciandosi con le funzioni interne coinvolte nella realizzazione del progetto e coordinando il team di lavoro dedicato fino al rilascio Pianificare le attività e la supervisione dei lavori di realizzazione del progetto relativamente al rispetto delle specifiche definite, dei tempi e dei costi previsti Assistere alle fasi di start-up ed esecuzione dei cantieri, valutando la necessità di effettuare varianti in corso d'opera del progetto intervenendo con gli As-Built Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento e le prestazioni dei progetti nel rispetto degli obiettivi e delle condizioni contrattuali e di offerta Consuntivare i costi complessivi di ogni progetto e verificare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi pianificati Aggiornare ed emettere tutta la documentazione tecnica ed economica di progetto Assicurare la conformità dei progetti alle normative tecniche vigenti e agli standard aziendali di qualità e sicurezza Requisiti : Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Project Engineer Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti finalizzati al settore pubblico per la riqualificazione illuminotecnica architettonica per la Pubblica Amministrazione, illuminazione stradale, gestione traffico, semafori, videosorveglianza, fibra ottica, scavi, ecc. The resource will be responsible for the management and planning of projects, playing a role of coordination, planning, and monitoring, limited to the executive/construction design of interventions, in the field of energy upgrading and construction of buildings facilities. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage, with the support of the Project Manager, the external design firms in charge of the executive design of energy efficiency of public and/or interior lighting systems Manage plant projects on time and on budget, taking care of the relationship with the public administration, interfacing with internal functions involved in project implementation, and coordinating the dedicated work team until the release Plan the activities and supervision of project implementation work with respect to adherence to defined specifications, timelines, and budgeted costs Assist in the start-up and execution phases of the construction sites, assessing the need to make variances during the course of the project by intervening with the As-Builts Monitor the progress and performance of projects in compliance with objectives and contract and bid conditions Account for the total costs of each project and verify the achievement of planned objectives Update and issue all technical and economic project documentation Ensure compliance of projects with applicable technical regulations and company quality and safety standards Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
