Join the Team - we are waiting for you About the role: As a project engineer, you will be in chargeof: Reviewing project proposals and plans to develop project objectives Collecting and analyzing project information to create status reports and recommend future actions Developing of plannings and procedures for the on-site activities Writing periodical technical reports The projects will cover: Radiological characterization of radioactive waste Pre-treatment, sorting and repackaging of historical waste Investigation and treatment of sludges and dubious liquids Remediation of contaminated areas Safe overpacking of lose Intermediate Level Waste (ILW) Treatment and conditioning of radioactive waste according to European's waste acceptance criteria Candidate requirements: MSc in Nuclear Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar Fluent English. The knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus Knowledge of gamma spectrometry (Isocs/LabSocs) Radiation protection and basic nuclear physics knowledge. Excellent knowledge of the Italian Nuclear Waste regulations Knowledge of the MS Office Suite (in particular Word and Excel) The knowledge of programming languages such as Python will be considered as a plus Strong relational skills and customer oriented approach Nice to have: 0 - 2 years experience in the nuclear field. Experiences abroad will be considered as a plus Mechanical and electric maintenance skills - PLC programming skills Data analytic skills and data-driven approach Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD/ 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, Solid works, Blender...)
