As Project Leader you'll be part of an operational team with the goal tomanage engineering design projects in according to national and international legislation, following also our corporate guidelines and requirements.Varisco Product Company is a well-established and ever-expanding company. It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial applications. In 2016 Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with 150 years of history behind it.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Coordinate and develop new projects to improve efficiency, quality, safety, ergonomics and environmental performance for our customers.Define Timing and planning every phase of new projects.Follow up with the Team Leader and the Engineering Manager about the status of the project.Collaborate with the other teams of Engineering (R&D, Labo Team, Electrics and Electronics Team)CAD 2D and 3D design and creation of all the drawings necessary for new products and update of current products.Update drawings, BOM, lists and related documents.Release the manual instructions and spare parts.Collaborate with other departments on the activities related to the improvement project during the different phases: Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Aftermarket.What we expect from our candidates:Proven experience in project management (min 3 years)Experience in designing, castings and machining (min 3 years)Master's degrees in mechanical engineering or similarSpecialization in hydraulic engineeringDesign with CAD 2D and 3DExperience with SolidworksStrong interpersonal communication and collaboration skillsStrong attention to details and data analysis skillsProblem solving and team working attitudeFluent in Italian and good command of English is essential (both spoken and written)What is important for us:Active collaboration with your colleaguesPromotion of new ideas with a focus on improvement and innovationAdherence to the company rules, commitment to develop inclusion and collaboration in the workplacePromotion of the company's values - Interaction, Commitment and Innovation - in order to fulfil Atlas Copco's vision "First in mind – First in Choice"Customer-centric approachDiverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
