The German Operations freelance ensures that the projects assigned are completed in time and according to our guidelines and requirements.COMPENSATION : based on the number of missions assignedProject duration : 4-6 months - from 20 to 40 hours per weekKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Retains and create long term relation with Evaluators by ensuring the Evaluators have the best User Experience: answer quickly and effectively to their requestBe responsible of the timely assignment and execution of fieldwork as per the Company's standards, specific mission/client requirements and project schedule of the Business Unit Operations teamEnsure the quality of the field surveys, their timely collection and electronic submissionCoordinate with and report project status to the Operations Managerbe professional under any circumstances when representing the Company.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSYou bring to this position attention and accuracy for details that you support by:Excellent communication skills in German (English / Spanish and/or Italian is a plus)Excellent organizing skills to make sure the tasks are accomplished on timePositive personalityMicrosoft Office skillsAt least 1-2 years of Editing/Project Management experience is a plusKEY COMPETENCESRigorous organizationTime managementInterpersonal skillsAttention to detailsCustomer-service orientationIntegrityReliability#J-18808-Ljbffr
