Da Remoto: NoFull-time/Part-time: Full timeCONDIVIDIThe Engineering Department of Manpower Professional, brand of Manpower Group dedicated to the search and selection of junior & middle management profiles, is looking for a Project Manager who will have the following tasks:Keep effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.Primary customer contactBeing involved in the sales phase / R-Process (if required)Managing the project hand-off from Sales to Operations via the customer order review board [CORB] meeting through project completionEnsure that the PO can be acknowledgedEstablish & track a project execution plan with all critical milestonesManage contract changes (change orders) with diligenceReview and communicate budget overruns on projects & suggesting alternative actions to minimize impact on budget and schedule as well as root cause of issue driving the margin changeEnsure the resolution of issues arising during the projectNurture a healthy customer relationship through open, honest communicationReport to management early enough on any critical issue arising during the project and help to determine a solutionUse Risk Management techniques to help anticipate potential issues and develop mitigation/avoidance plansFill and update the necessary programsThe PM is responsible for the following Key Performance Indicators: Gross margin, On time delivery, past dues and margin erosionExecution of warranty cases and goodwillSpecific Process Flow as per IT-PR-PM-001 Procedure Project Management ProcessRequisiti- Mechanical or Electrical Enineering Degree; - knowledge of Oil&Gas or Power sector; - management skills- 2 or more years of experience in the role#J-18808-Ljbffr
