Who are we looking for We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to ensure the best use of the ShippyPro solutions, aiming at account expansion and increasing retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and SaaS technologies. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct analyze data, identify insights and ensure the entire customer journey. What you will do : Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand the customer's specific needs and expectations. Configure settings and parameters based on the customer's business processes. Develop comprehensive documentation for the analysis process, onboarding process, including helping the sales team throughout quotations and developing guides, manuals, and FAQs. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the platform effectively and providing resources for ongoing self-learning. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform research priorities and strategies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the research team and across the organization. What you will bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with user research, market segmentation, and customer behavior analysis is a plus. What we can offer: Remote working options. We'd love for our new Project Manager to attend the office at least one day per week ora a four days a month during team's catch-ups. No clocking in/out.
