Provide leadership tothe Project Team. Produce aresponsibility matrix for the entire Project Team. Theresponsibility listing must be submitted to the OperationManager for review and approval. This listing shall includeadministrative assignments such as: Scheduling
Works co-ordination
Subcontractor lead person assignments
Design Milestone Schedule(Programming, Concept, Schematic, Detailed design, ConstructionDocuments)
Show your expertise Skills andKnowledge Ability to work wellunder pressure and in a fast-paced workingenvironment Speak and write fluentEnglish Experience Five (5) years direct experience in project development asproject co-ordinator or PM.
