Project Manager Junior

Multination Company, leader in rail systems, is looking fora Project Manager.Under the supervision of the Modernization Manager theresource shall works closely with other engineering disciplines (mechatronics,internal and external industrial engineering, technical sales towards customer)to ensure quality, to fullfill the requirements and to reach target costs.He/she will acquire knowledge of the company product portfolio in order topropose the products to the customer and will be able to understand the marketrequirements and subsequently bring them to the company as activities to beimplemented.Within the RS organization, supports Sales and Customer inall aspects of management of client projects according to the local guidelines:Cooperates with Sales in communication with customerDiscusses, analyses, and evaluates customer requirements andspecification, and elaborates commercial proposalNegotiates technical and commercial details and cost aspectswith customers purchase and respective engineering departmentsPrepares and presents customer needs plan to company teamsto assure complete plan is feasibleSetup and maintenance of the project planCooperates and supports in design reviews and upcoming claimissues, and facilitates between customer and Project teamMonitors budgets and all commercial aspects of the project,including payment, contract managementIdentifies, assesses and takes measures to mitigate riskfactors, and takes over change order or change-project-managementReports on a regular base to accountable Senior ProjectManager or team leaderEducation and professional requirements:2/5 years of work experience in dealing with projectsAvailability to frequent business trips to follow clientsThe contract and the salary will be proportionate to theexperience gained.#J-18808-Ljbffr
