Project Manager M/F

- Manage simple projects in line with the objectives of their organization (division, factory, sites...)- Ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs and quality)- Participate in defining the schedule in relation to the project objectives, identify and optimize the critical path- Establish and coordinate the project team (at the appropriate frequency)- Identify, evaluate and manage risks by proposing preventive measures and supporting change- Prepare and lead project reviews (monitor progress and milestones)- Communicate on the project's progress- Identify and manage contingencies (delays, resources, compliance with commitments) by proposing appropriate solutions/corrective measures- Ensure the proper use of project management tools and methods- Verify the conformity of all deliverables- Ensure that project documentation is available (operating procedures, procedures)- Close the project and capitalize on the know-how, experience and best practices acquired as well as on the errors to avoid.Relations and Responsibilities:- Interacts with project team members (from their own organization or other organizations) and their hierarchical managers (negotiation, blocking point)- May be in contact with suppliers, partners.- Acts as a facilitator and coordinator for the project team- Is responsible for executing the project while respecting constraints and ensuring the conformity of deliverables (compliance with specifications, quality, deadlines, budget...)- Communicates on the progress of the project to GQC members (Dashboard)- Is responsible for applying standards and processes within their scope.Profile Specific professional knowledge- Has a good understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget...)- Has knowledge in the areas of negotiation/network animation, internal/external communication- Has a Master's degree or significant experience of about 3 years recognized to hold the position.The Employment search is addressed to candidates of both genders, under Law 10.04.1991 n. 125, as amended by Legislative Decree n. 198/2006 which guarantees gender equality at work.Job location 2-5 yearsLanguages English (2- Business fluent)Requester 03/06/2024General information Reference 2024-40218 Reference 2024-40218Job level 40 - ExperiencedYou may be interested in these vacancies#J-18808-Ljbffr
