Project Manager Multi-Channel E-commerce About Us: Selley is a multi-brand product distribution company operating across Europe, primarily on Amazon. We are expanding rapidly into other European and pan-European marketplaces, and we're currently seeking a Project Manager Multi-Channel E-commerce to join our team. Responsibilities: Multi-Channel Development and Management: Develop and manage a multi-channel sales system across various European marketplaces, including eBay Germany, eBay Italy, Allegro.pl, ManoMano, and Bol.com. Collaborate in defining strategy and priorities, personally execute tasks, and later build a team for delegation. Technical and Digital Marketing Skills: Quickly learn algorithms of various marketplaces, principles of SEO, and advertising campaigns. Communication and Organization: Fluent communication in English and ability to organize processes for oneself and others. Experience with task management systems like Click Up. Ability to write operational manuals. Financial Analysis: Proficiency in financial analysis to manage budgets and ROI of campaigns and sales prices. Negotiation skills with suppliers. Team Management: In a growth-oriented perspective, build and lead a team to support multi-channel sales activities. Requirements: Proactiveness and ability to learn quickly.
