We are looking for a motivated and experienced readiness and communication PM to join our sustainability team. You will be responsible for creating the program communication strategy for our internal and external stakeholders using various Microsoft tools and platforms. You will also support the sustainability team by overseeing all outgoing program communications and providing valuable insights on enhancing engagement with our suppliers.
Responsibilities
• Proactively develop effective communication strategies to ensure internal and external stakeholders are consistently informed on program updates and requirements.
• Host and facilitate webinars in Microsoft Teams using Live Events and Webinar options, to be attended by sustainability team presenters and the Microsoft suppliers in the sustainability program.
• Write clear and concise notifications to be sent to internal and external stakeholders. These communications may include summaries of webinars, reminders about programs, sharing of best practices, and other updates as needed.
• Maintain our existing communication assets ensuring that they reflect the latest information for the sustainability program.
• Provide general operations support as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in communication, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sustainability sector.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Loop, Sway, Teams, and other Microsoft tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message to different audiences and contexts.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills.
• Passionate about sustainability and eager to learn and grow in this field.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $52.11 to $57.90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
