Project Manager Onshore Wind/Pv

Responsibilities - You will be responsible for on-schedule and on-budget delivery of quality Wind and PV Projects according to QHSE, local and industry standards. - You will support the Contract Manager in contract negotiation for PV, Wind farms and BESS facilities. - You will be responsible for the BoP, TSA, PV, BESS contracts execution, coordinating Engineering, Procurement, Site Management as well as liaising with financial and legal teams and the project development organisation. - You will coordinate and oversee onsite the BOP and WTG/PV/BESS construction and commissioning activities in coordination with the QHSE manager, contractors, quality procedures and lender´s technical advisors. - You will manage the transfer of the assets at COD to the Asset Management department. - You will be responsible for project performance and status reporting. - You will enforce compliance with local codes and requirements as well as enforcing Health, Safety and Environmental policy. - You will be responsible for the implementation of an efficient work process for Execution of Projects, Vendor and Contractor evaluation and qualification. - You will work closely to engineering team in order to ensure a smooth transition from the engineering phase to execution phase. Requirements: - At minimum, a bachelor's degree in a technology related subject. - Willing to attend construction sites weekly even 4 days per week. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the management of EPC for wind energy projects whose rated power is higher than 30 MW and where wind turbine generators with rated power higher than 3 MW have been installed. - Experience in onsite supervision during construction and commissioning of PV and wind projects. - Ability for technical reviews and technical analysis both onsite and as back office. - Project management. - Site management experience is a plus. - Clear understanding of EPC contracts and multiple contracting scenarios, under legal and economical point of view. - Good communications and conflict management skills. - Resource Management: assigning and managing human and material resources efficiently, monitoring construction progress, and addressing any issues in real-time. - Result orientated. - Time management skills. - Risk management. - Claims management. - Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project tools. - Fluent in Italian and English both in word and writing.
