Project Manager/Pmo M/F

Context: MDG-RFC is a fast-growing Division of ST with strong competence on RF and unique position in the LEO satellite market. The candidate will take care of the Program Management of a LEO satellite program of one of the Top 10 companies worldwide.Due to the level of revenue, the advanced type of application, the demanding customer, the leading-edge technologies used and the aggressive product schedule the management of the program is quite challenging and implies experience in a similar position.Responsibilities-Ensures the program scope of work is fully aligned with the Business Plan/Business Objectives and Project technology implementation Plan.-Manage and coordinate the activities of different internal organizations with daily contacts with Operation, Planning, Product Engineers, as well as with customers.-Drive the Core Team activity and track actions.-Provide regular reporting to the customer on the different program aspects (testing, packaging... ) through daily conference calls.-Prepare and monitor program schedules ensuring milestone completion.-Monitor costs and resource allocation to ensure adherence to the initial budget and fine-tune resources according to needs.-Prepare presentation for executive management on the status of the program as well as documentation aligned with PMO guidelines.-Manage risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle, drive mitigation actions and set measures to correct themProfile Knowledge, Skills and capabilities:-Proven experience in project management or equivalent position-In-depth understanding of program management techniques and methods-Ability to handle customer relationship and excellent communication skills-Operate under stringent timeline and in complex, multicultural environments to secure seamless execution.-Able to work by goals and excellent time management skills.-Strong leadership attitude and capability to work in team-Problem solving skills and resilient attitude-Project Management certification is a plus.Job location 6-10 yearsLanguages English (2- Business fluent)French (1- Basic)Requester 01/07/2024General information Reference 2024-40340 Reference 2024-40340Job level 40 - ExperiencedYou may be interested in these vacancies#J-18808-Ljbffr
