Project Manager Quality (Plq)

What we offer:As a PLQ (Project Lead Quality) the main purpose of the position is:quality management in KION development projects to fulfill customer requirements,to ensure the best quality at day one of production (SOP) and continuous quality improvement of KION products,to ensure the process quality in the development process (iPEP),to link between development project and Quality Organization (extended team).Accountabilities:Accountable for all Quality deliverables in development projects.Definition of Quality requirements for requirement management.Central link in projects between Quality and other engaged departments.Coordination of the extended quality team for the assigned projects.Monitoring and evaluation of Milestones in development projects for Quality.Organization and moderation of lessons learned workshops and to ensure sustainable application of lessons learned in projects.Coordination all quality activities during the implementation and launch phase.Preparation and presentation of the monthly project reporting (PSR, MGR, PPAP, Project One-Pager).Tasks and Qualifications:Required functional competencies / experience / qualificationsKey SkillsProject driven & independent working attitudeAnalytical thinkingTechnical knowledge of product portfolio (also automation & robotics)Good English language knowledge, other languages favorableLeadership behavior and experienceCommunicative and team-mindedIntercultural mind-set and understandingStrong quality mind-setShowing personal commitment to enhance and to speed up working processesProfessional quality background and knowledge of quality processesKey CompetenciesProcess drivenCross-functional knowledgeSystematic work approachRepresent Quality MindsetExperience in project managementQualifications / ExperienceEngineering degree (master / bachelor) and/or comparable qualification & experiencePreferrable experience in quality managementPreferrable experience in project managementKnowledge of MS Office toolsSAP R/3 knowledge (e. g.
