KES ET&S group is looking for a Project Scheduler to join the Global Project Planning Office (PPO) and work in close collaboration with our offices in Europe, India and Asia Pacific regions. This role will be responsible to insert Projects in the existing system and maintain data to ensure a correct visibility of our operational capacity working closely with Project Management and Engineering teams. The open position will be located in our Koch Glitsch headquarters for European operations in Aprilia, Italy. Koch-Glitsch is part of the Koch Engineered Solutions family and is a global leader in developing, engineering, designing, and manufacturing a complete line of mass transfer and phase separation technology equipment and associated services for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, and gas processing industries. What You Will Do: -Communication: Understand the CCPM philosophy, procedures, and Concerto tool. Proactively recommend changes and improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling projects. -Modeling of projects in the required timing, talk to Project Management, Engineering & Design Teams to understand, anticipate, highlight risks prior execution and support all business requests during the phase of execution. Maintain the data in Concerto tool to ensure the accuracy of load & capacity. -Anticipating and proactively challenge the actual process to match with the stakeholder's requirements, make proposals to achieve results. Investigate issues and adjust if needed. -Lead meetings and discussions globally with all Teams. -Providing support Globally to EMEAI and APAC regions to Project Managers, Engineering & Design Teams: a) Guide them on getting value using Concerto tool and for what purpose. b) Provide training to new users to get them on board. c) Educate Tasks Managers and Resources Managers and reinforce proper behaviors as well as best practices. -Fluent in English. -Knowledge of planning methodologies and schedule management tools. -Experience working in an Engineering environment. -Data management skills. -Experience with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. -Strong communication and organizational skills. -Project management knowledge.
