Coordinate aspects of the projects and support Project Management & Engineering team in the management and execution of the projects.
Main Accountabilities: Project execution and control: Conducts analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager. Prepares materials for and assists in project reviews. Updates project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other Project Controls systems. Monitors, controls and releases requests for purchasing, invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
Stakeholder relations: Effectively communicates appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders.
Document management: Preparation and controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Managers and procedures agreed with the customer.
Project Portfolio: support the Project Management team in the activities related to the management of Project Portfolio by preparing material for internal reviews, reporting, KPI analysis, analysis of plan versus actual project performance, under supervision.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in a management support role;
Master degree (preferably in Engineering or Administration fields);
Fluent in English; Italian mother tongue;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and Microsoft Project.
Proactive and highly organized, time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
