The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. With a presence in 38 countries across three continents and over 13,000 employees, our mission is to contribute to society through the continuous development of superior rail transport solutions.AccountabilitiesEnsure specific activities and tasks on the railways signalling projects (ACCM IXL; ERTMS, SCCM, SCMT ect), at support of Project Manager:Accounting management (Progress Payment Certificate) for the Project;Preparation of Project Progress Payment Certificates (SAL) of the Project;Preparation of Variation Orders for the Projects and "Differential appraisals";Preparation/monitoring and updating of Claims (Riserve) in "Accounting Records";Preparation of documentation for the authorization to work for the Subcontractors (antimafia and subcontracting authorizations);Controlling of Project Progress Payment Certificates of Subcontractors;Contribute to the maintenance of the Project Management Plan;Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administrations (providing analysis, keeping records, etc.);Support the Project Manager for specific task.Required Skills/KnowledgeFrom 2 up to 5 years expertise in the role;Previous experience in the role could be a plus;Project Monitoring;Accounting management for project;Project scope and time Management;Project Quality;Knowledge of Public Works Contract Code (preferred)Education/QualificationBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.LanguagesFluent in English.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
