Project Support

Description Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Project Support who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. Accountabilities Ensure specific activities and tasks on the railways signalling projects (ACCM IXL; ERTMS, SCCM, SCMT ect), at support of Project Manager:
Accounting management (Progress Payment Certificate) for the Project;Preparation of Project Progress Payment Certificates (SAL) of the Project;Preparation of Variation Orders for the Projects and "Differential appraisals";Preparation/monitoring and updating of Claims (Riserve) in "Accounting Records";Preparation of documentation for the authorization to work for the Subcontractors (antimafia and subcontracting authorizations);Controlling of Project Progress Payment Certificates of Subcontractors;Contribute to the maintenance of the Project Management Plan;Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administrations (providing analysis, keeping records, etc.);Support the Project Manager for specific task.Required Skills/Knowledge From 2 up to 5 years expertise in the role;Previous experience in the role could be a plus;Project Monitoring;Accounting management for project;Project scope and time Management;Project Quality;Knowledge of Public Works Contract Code (preferred)Education/Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.
