:Generate Proposals, Work Statements, and Change of Scopes for new and current client programs. Ensure accuracy of these documents, including resource estimates, scope, pricing, and future revisions.Liaises with subject matter experts to establish project-specific (therapeutic, client, system, etc.) context, gather feedback, and refine content.Work with s within other Business Units to determine and complete overall proposal strategy for integrated offering opportunities.Ability to function optimally in a matrixed organization with high agility to navigate between technical requirements and operational limitations.Excellent oral and written communication skills with an attention to detail.Supports process improvement initiatives.Availability to travel up to 10% of the time.Qualifications:EducationBachelor's degree in relevant scientific subject area or equivalent experience a must.Experience6+ years of industry experience, with strong preference for technical experience in mRNA. Additional experience in sterile drug product manufacturing is a plus.3+ years of proposal writing experience.Fluency in English with ability to generate technically and grammatically sound contract language required.Previous contract manufacturing organization experience preferred with familiarity in Good Manufacturing Practices.Previous experience with services budgeting and forecasting.Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word as well as and Smartsheet database.Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
