Public Relations ManagerEmployerland, on behalf of Orient Express La Minerva , a prestigious 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of Rome and part of the Arsenale Group , leader in the luxury hospitality and luxury travel industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the hotel's brand image, promote its services, and maintain positive relationships with the media, influencers, and the community.The hotel will reopen its doors in October 2024 after a period of renovation.What you will be responsible for:Strategic planning: develop annual PR plans, maximize brand exposure identifying target audiences and media channels.Media relations:cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers.Content creation: create engaging press releases, media kits, visual content and other written materials that highlight the hotel's unique offerings, events, and promotions.Event management:plan and execute media events, press conferences, and familiarization tours to showcase the hotel's amenities, culinary offerings, and guest experiences, in alignment with Marketing Teams. Coordinate partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and industry leaders to host exclusive events and collaborations.Crisis communication: work closely with Arsenale and Orient Express Teams to develop crisis communication protocols and procedures to effectively manage and mitigate negative publicity or reputation issues and serve as a spokesperson for the hotel during crisis situations and coordinate responses with senior management and external stakeholders.Community engagement: Establish partnerships with local organizations, embassies and community leaders to support Hotel commercial development plans and initiatives. Represent the hotel at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote brand awareness.Performance measurement:monitor and analyze media coverage, social media metrics, and PR campaign effectiveness to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track key performance indicators and recommend strategic adjustments.You are the ideal candidate if you have:Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.Experience (5+ years) in public relations within Luxury Hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry.Strong media relations skills with a demonstrated ability to secure high-impact coverage and cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers.Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and media monitoring software.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
