Job description We have another opportunity in the Pharmaceutical world for Italian residents!We are looking for two experienced Quality Assurance Specialists to join our team on a hybrid mode (50% in presence and 50% remotely).What will you do?Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.Manage change control, quality system, and paper change notification management system.Qualify suppliers, quality agreements, and change notification assessments.Define deadlines and open change control if necessary.Number change notifications, assess notifications, and define priorities and quality impact.Coordinate and provide concurrences on deviations, complaints, change controls and CAPAs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve quality systems.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency within the QA department and broader organization.?? What do we require?Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field; advanceddegree preferred.Proven 4-7 years experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), more specifically in change control.Strong understanding of global Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.English fluent (Level B2/C1), with the ability to communicate clearly andeffectively in both written and spoken forms.Strong knowledge of Excel.Proficiency in using quality management systems and software.Ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding quality matters.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.Willingness to undergo further training and development as required.??
