Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Review and complete quality assurance evaluations on agent-customer interactionsProvide specific and constructive feedback when scoring interactionsEnforce company policies and proceduresUnderstand roles & responsibilities of call center agents to provide feedback regarding process improvementsPromote compliant financial practices through timely recognition and communication of potential riskUtilize communication technology platform to generate evaluations and QA reportsRegular and timely communication with, and report directly to, the Quality Assurance and Training LeaderMaintain strict level of confidentiality among colleagues, customers, and peersIdentify training opportunities that will drive quality improvements across the organizationRequirements:Fluent in English, Spanish & PortugueseAt least 1 year of experience in a call center environmentAt least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience preferredProficient with Google Suite (or similar software)Ability to work proficiently in a remote, WFH locationExperience using TalkDesk or similar VOIP a plusThe Ideal Candidate would be…Fluent in English, Spanish & PortugueseAvailable to work, remotely, full-timeStrong attention to detail and has exceptional organizational skillsShows integrity in the workplace and understands the importance of maintaining compliance with regulatory standardsComfortable providing constructive feedback and guidance to peers and colleaguesExcited by the idea of constant changeYou are comfortable being uncomfortableA team playerYou readily help others and are very comfortable asking for help for yourselfExcited to take on new tasks as they come up and solve problems in real timeWe believe: Diversity is a competitive advantage - We celebrate our differences, and are better when we have a variety of experiences, viewpoints, and backgrounds.
