We are looking for a figure for thequality checkto be included in our production siteVicenza.
In particular, the resource will deal with:.
. Control of production processes,
. Application of self-control procedures based on the HACCP system,
. Management of complaints and non-compliance from customers and suppliers,
· Control of technical data sheets and training of operational personnel in their correct compilation;
· Management of documentation relating to the conformity of goods during reception;
· Production assistance and supervision;
· Control of the finished product and management of any problems;
· Management of non-conformities.
We require:
· Strong motivation to get involved in a dynamic working environment;
· Problem solving skills and flexibility in managing unexpected events;
·Degree in Food Technologies or similar; · Knowledge of HACCP and food safety
Having carried out a work activity within a food company will constitute amorefor selection purposes.
