Then, determining causal factors and recommending corrective/preventative actions;Conducting comprehensive case investigations, including analyzing transaction information, researching customer data, and examining open source information;Having a specific number of years of experience in Root Cause Analysis and a minimum number of investigations conducted as a member, leader, or facilitator;Assisting in the implementation of an effective risk management framework and monitoring systems, databases, information, processes, or procedures;Driving mechanical engine and warranty parts investigations and compiling written investigation reports.QUALIFICATION: University degree in Engineering or Quality ManagementKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: ProficiencyYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3/5 anniSOFT SKILLS:strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsLOCATION:Milano, availability for international mobilityPRIVACY POLICY All interested candidates (L.903/03) are invited to consult the privacy policy (art. 13, D.
