Responsibilities
• Provide quality assurance support to the product development team• Resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues• Implement Rotork problem solving process – A3, 8D• Provide support to the assembly process• Ensure products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements• Provide analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required• 3/4 years of related experience required• Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products• Strong problem-solving skills, in-depth RCA and quality tools experience i.e. fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D• Knowledgeable about current quality system standards such as ISO 9001 preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and problem-solving• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Familiarity with basic GD&T preferred• Computer proficiency in Excel and Word required• Full English
