The position will directly report to the Quality Director and, within his/her role, the Candidate will be in charge of managing the activities for Quality System compliance to Standards and Civil / Military Aviation Regulations, interacting directly with internal and external Authorities and Certification Bodies.
He/she will have the following main responsibilities:
manage the Quality System documentation, including Manuals, Procedures, Instructions, Forms, needed to demonstrate compliance to Corporate Standards and Regulatory requirements;manage System Audit activity, both internal and other party, interacting with Corporate, Civil/Military Authorities and Certification Bodies;support the activities of all Departments to define processes able to guarantee both compliance and effectiveness;coordinate the Company Corrective Action system to support effective and timely action closure when audit nonconformities are detected.RequirementsMust have Proven experience in Aeronautical Companies for at least 5 years, Quality System area;Good Knowledge of EN/AS 9100;Auditor qualification and experience;Knowledge of EASA Part 21 – Part 145, EMAR 145 and related activities (DO-PO Arrangement, SADD), experience with Civil / Military Airworthiness Authorities relationship (DAAA, ENAC, EASA, FAA, TCCA, CAAC);Capability to work autonomously and to coordinate interfunctional Teams as needed;Fluent in Italian and English;Microsoft Office Tools capability;Available to national travels.
