Our Jamaica/Queens/New York branch is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.Your RoleThe Operational Care Specialist will be part of a team responsible for coordinating transport activities by executing the necessary bookings with our partners and gateways, executing the requisite data entry associated with transport document generation, generating the required documentation, and liaising with our customer care specialists to ensure specific requirements are met.Your ResponsibilitiesYou maintain organized and separate areas for each part of the operation functions.Manage and control all export functions within our Control Towers.Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments, vendors and carriers.Monitor and update shipment orders through QuickSTAT IT enterprise systems.Communicate effectively with our vendors (service partners and airlines / carriers).Assist all Quick offices with processing exports.Report to Operations ManagerYour Skills and ExperiencesShifts 8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm (Please note that this is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work afterhours, weekends and holidays is required)Associate's degree or equivalent1+year of experience working in Airport or Air LogisticsExpert in Microsoft OfficeMust be able to lift heavy itemsGood Reasons to JoinAt QuickSTAT we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
