Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. Here in our Product Company we are looking for a Project Engineer willing to take part to the New Project Development of Piston Compressors machines. Why do we need new Project Engineer? Our aim is to bring new product in the Compressors market with the goal of further improve the energy efficiency, the performances, and the environment care.

Why do we need new Project Engineer? Our aim is to bring new product in the Compressors market with the goal of further improve the energy efficiency, the performances and the environment care.
What does Project Engineer look like? As Project Engineer you will make Drawings, Calculation and Test starting from single components up to the full machine. You will work with Project team to bring new applied technology from concept to product.
After concept is frozen, the design falls the theoretical validation moving forward in the prototypes testing phase. The output of Function phase gives the kickoff for industrialization, the following action is to ensure that the flow of the remaining steps run smoothly without interruptions or delays.
Our Project Engineer's goal is to focus on the features that customer is willing to pay (Value) as well as to reduce the ones that do not add value to the end customer (Waste).
If you join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the R&D Engineering Team Leader and cooperating with the Project Leader and Test Engineer to create an efficient and effective R&D organization.
What we expect from you? You have a Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3-5 years ofrelevant experience in Design and Process Manufacturing setting and demonstrated skill and achievement in implementing Engineering practices in a Industrial Design environment.
Preferably you achieved a good experience in CAD design, basic Parts calculation and BOM management in your experience.
You have an eye for details and don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary.
We seek for a self-motivated person, able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
You are full of energy and can't wait to work together with Project Team in order to bring your technical solution and new ideas to solve the technical challenge of Product development.
What else? We need you to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, experienced with Inventor or Similar CAD and with a good knowledge of English.

What you will deal with in this role? Estimate Design times, define concept and transform it in Drawings
Define Machines Layouts and draws mechanical parts according to best engineering practice rules
Create, Update and Follow up assembly 3D Model, than Prototypes and finally BOM
Train and Support Project leaders, test engineers and Team members
Prepares and maintains Drawings, calculation file and Bill of material in accordance with regulations and company procedures
Work with Production Team to identify and implement Process Improvements and best practices through 5S and lean principles
Represent an important link between Concept and Final product, playing a key role for new products introduction projects and acting as a Engineering representative in PTMs (Project Team Meetings)
